Repair Policy

Video Tape (VHS, Mini DV, 8mm etc.) - $10

CD/DVD repair - $5
3)
Camcorders are estimated prior to the beginning of
work. An OK from the customer is required. Due to the technical
complexities a $25 cost applies to camcorder estimates. If work is OK’d,
the $25 is applied to the repair. Comes with a 90 Day Warranty.
4)
VCR’s and DVD Players are repaired without customer
OK if the cost is $50 or less. If the repair is greater than $50 an
estimate/ OK is required. Routine cleaning is $20.
5)
Warranty All Camcorder/VCR/DVD Players are repairs
come with a 90 Day Warranty.
